Solution In RSS Content Builder you can recover the username and password by looking at the file 'auth.php' in your FTP program. The current username and password are at the top of that file in the source code of that page.

Or you can simply upload a fresh copy of the file'auth.php' and overwrite your old copy then use the default login of 'admin/admin' to login.
