 406 Error
Solution Unfortunately we could not find anything definitive all of the information we were able to gather about 406 errors point to the server or the browser being the problem.

A 406 does not occur very often. It may be difficult to find the reason when it does.

An Over-simplified explanation: a web browser can tell the server "I am only able to accept certain responses.
I will accept X, Y and Z." If the server then realizes that the response, which is to be sent back, is of a non-accepted type, it will send a 406.

Basically this says "I have something for you, but you did not want to have it".

It has nothing to do with RS Content Builder. It has something to do with your browser or your server. And the interactions with the software or its functions.

My best guess is that your server firewall is blocking this file or functions in the files.

mod_security is basically a firewall for Apache. I suspect the host has implemented mod_security on its servers to block spammers. The 406 errors are due to a mod_security rule being matched.

You'd need to talk the host about adjusting the server's mod_security rules.
